What They Need
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Leadership Experience: 3–5 years of progressive acute care leadership experience, specifically managing managers or frontline professional staff.
Clinical Mastery: Deep expertise in Med-Surg/Telemetry and the ability to ensure staff competency in the nursing process and advanced equipment.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop long-term operational plans, manage departmental budgets, and meet staffing productivity goals (HPPD).
