What You’ll Need:

--Bachelor’s degreein a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

--Three years of clinical experienceas a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).

--Three years of leadership experiencein a laboratory, with acute care experience preferred.

--Comprehensive understanding of laboratory testing, management principles, and regulatory standards (TJC, DHS, CLIA 88).

--State of California CLS licensure.
