As the Med-Surg/Telemetry Nursing Director, you’ll oversee dynamic inpatient units including Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and the Cardiac Specialty Unit—all pivotal to delivering world-class care.

What You’ll Bring:
🔹Active Texas RN licensure (Texas must be home state)
🔹Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master’s preferred)
🔹3+ years of nursing leadership experience in acute care settings
🔹BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA), CPI within 6 months
🔹National certification in area of specialty preferred
🔹Expertise in clinical operations, performance improvement, and evidence-based leadership
🔹Proficiency in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and quality initiatives
🔹Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
