What They Need
A seasoned clinical leader with at least 1 year of formal management, supervisory, or coordinator experience, or a highly experienced Charge Nurse with over 5 years of dedicated acute care leadership.
Active New Hampshire or Compact State Registered Nurse license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Solid clinical foundation in Progressive Care, Neuro, Trauma, or Critical Care nursing.
Active BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Proven capability to manage daily unit operations, lead staff rounding, handle scheduling, coordinate quality audits, and assist with budgetary execution.
