What They Need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
Minimum of 5 years of recent (within the past year) acute care RN leadership experience, demonstrating a strong track record in clinical operations and staff development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or BCLS Instructor status (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
Proven capability to oversee a 42-bed unit, manage interdisciplinary teams, optimize patient throughput, and lead evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives.
