What They Need
Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, with a strong foundation in ICU or PCU environments.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care pre, intra, and post-procedure while assisting physicians in complex operative cases.
Regulatory Standing: Active Florida RN license or an appropriate Multi-State Compact license (FL license required within 60 days of hire).
Certifications: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; ACLS must be obtained within six months of hire.
Education: A Nursing Diploma or ASN is required, though a BSN is highly preferred for this specialized role.
